We have a 10 day return/exchange policy from your delivery date. If you would like to return or exchange your order, simply email us and we will assist you. A merchandise credit will be issued for returns, however monetary refunds will not be issued. You may also exchange it for any item(s) on our website of equal value. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Merchandise must be returned with original tags attached, unworn, not damaged, and in original packaging. Returned items must be accompanied by original receipt. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. A restocking fee may apply. Custom items are final sale. Bulk and special orders are final sale and are not eligible for a return or exchange of any kind.
*Returned packages sent to us that are not cleared by The Hillz will not be accepted.
If an item arrives damaged, The Hillz must be notified via email at email@example.com within 24 hours from the delivery time of your package. Returned damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging with original tags attached.
How to Return/Exchange
Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know how we can help you. When returning a package, be sure to get tracking information so that your package is traceable, and write your order number on the outside of your package. Once your package has arrived to us, please allow 2 weeks for processing.
